If you have been involved in an accident, the first step is to make sure that you and anyone else involved are safe and out of harm's way. Call emergency services if necessary. Exchange details with the other party, including names, contact information, and insurance details. Take photos of the damage to both vehicles, and any other details that may be relevant to the incident. Once you have done all this, contact us to arrange for your vehicle to be assessed and repaired. We will guide you through the process and work with your insurance company to get your vehicle repaired as quickly as possible.
If your vehicle is unable to be driven, call our 24 hour Collision Help Line on 1800 318 125. Autohaus Prestige will ensure that the vehicle is transported safely to one of our factory approved workshops. Do not drive a car that is not road worthy.
